Operational Activity Monitoring
With this service operational transactions are being made for application chains, measuring availability of an application on a 24/7 base as seen from an end-user's perspective. It is possible to create these availability transactions for all applications so that your applications will be monitored continuously, even without any user activity.
End-User Monitoring up to the First Tier
For this service a data collector will be placed at a central location. Of all the applications that enter through this connection the end user’s KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are being measured. This results in parameters like the number of users, usage, and volume for each location is quantified and stored, next to of course response times and availability.
